Pac-Dent products are designed and manufactured for use by licensed dental professionals in a professional clinical setting. Pac-Dent, Inc. complies with applicable US federal regulations, including those enforced by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and holds relevant FDA registrations and clearances for its products as required.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Pac-Dent products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including professional licensing requirements, infection control standards, and clinical practice guidelines in their jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site constitutes clinical or regulatory advice.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Pac-Dent products are available on our Site and upon request. Users are responsible for reviewing and following all SDS instructions, warnings, and handling requirements before using any product.

F. Assignment
